Use a diffuser, in a bath, with a candle, or directly on the body. Just add 3 to 5 drops to your bath, or apply a small amount directly on a chakra(s), on your neck, wrists, or other parts of the body.

To use a candle: Light an unscented candle and let a pool of wax form. Extinguish the candle and add 2 to 3 drops of the oil to the wax. Relight the candle and enjoy.
